AUTHORIZATIONS
Eco-PV is a leading Italian consortium specifically for the photovoltaic sector, accredited by GSE (Gestore dei Servizi Energetici S.p.A. – GSE) pursuant to the terms laid down by Italian Ministerial Decree 5 May 2011 and Ministerial Decree 5 July 2012 (“Conto Energia” IV and V).
Furthermore, Eco-PV is a collective system recognized by Italian Ministry of the Environment and Energy Safety (MASE) pursuant to Italian WEEE Directives that is, to the Legislative Decree no. 49 of 14 March 2014 for the collection/treatment/recovery of end-of-life Photovoltaic Modules managed as WEEE (Waste Electric and Electronic Equipment).
Eco-PV Consortium (hereinafter “ECO-PV”) has been established in 2012 by experienced companies and professionals in the field of electronic waste treatment and PV plants installation. On 28 February 2013 ECO-PV has been listed in the first group of consortiums recognized by GSE for the recycling of end-of-life Photovoltaic Modules pursuant to “Conto Energia” IV and V (Italian Ministerial Decree 5 May 2011 and Ministerial Decree 5 July 2012).
Eco-PV is registered in the National Register of Environmental Managers (ANGA) in Category 8, “Brokerage and trade of waste without possession of the same”, for the management of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste, with registration N. MI61311.

Eco-PV is registered in the National Register of Electrical and Electronic Equipment Manufacturers (EEE Register), with registration N. IT19071000038, moreover, to fulfill the function of authorized representative of EEE producers having their registered office in another member state of the European Union, pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 49/2014.
The Eco-PV Battery consortium, specifically established for the management of waste from Batteries and Accumulators (PA) placed on the national market by its associated producers, is registered with the CDCNPA and the Register of Battery and Accumulator Producers (PA Register) with registration N.IT23101P00041. In addition, it can serve as the authorized representative for PA producers with a registered office in another Member State of the European Union.
